Creator Revenue Dashboard
The sales dashboard shows you how your titles are doing on the Alchemy marketplace. You can see your earnings over time, how much you and Alchemy each made in any window, and which of your titles are bringing in the most money.
Who can see it
The Revenue tab is only available once your Stripe payouts have been turned on. If you have not finished Stripe onboarding yet, open your profile, go to the Creator tab, and complete the payout setup. The Revenue tab will appear the next time you open your profile.
Opening the dashboard
Click your avatar in the side or bottom bar to open your profile.
Along the top of the modal, click the REVENUE tab.
The dashboard loads with the last 30 days selected by default.
Choosing a time window
Across the top of the dashboard is a row of pill buttons that controls the window the rest of the page reports on:
ALL TIME: every sale you have ever made on Alchemy.
TODAY: the current day, hour by hour.
7D: the last seven days, day by day.
30D: the last thirty days, day by day. This is the default.
6M: the last six months, month by month.
12M: the last twelve months, month by month.
Click any pill to switch windows. The chart, the breakdown numbers, and the list of titles all update to reflect your choice. The section headings on the page also change to remind you which window is active, for example "Daily Revenue, 30D" or "Daily Revenue, Today".
The revenue chart
The first thing you see is a line chart of your revenue over time. The shape of the line follows the window you picked:
On Today, each point is one hour of the current day.
On 7D and 30D, each point is one day.
On 6M and 12M, each point is one month.
On All Time, each point is one year, starting with the year of your first sale.
Hover any point on the line to see a tooltip with the exact date or hour and the dollar amount for that bucket. This is the easiest way to read a precise figure for a single day or month.
The dollar labels along the left side of the chart are shortened once the numbers get large. Anything under one thousand dollars shows as a normal amount like $420. Anything at one thousand or above is abbreviated, for example $1.2K or $3.4M. If you need the exact value, hover the point on the line.
The breakdown
Below the chart is a three column breakdown for the same window:
Your share, labelled with your creator name. This is what you earned after Alchemy's cut and payment processing fees.
Alchemy, the platform's cut for the same window.
Total, the gross revenue across every sale in the window, before any splits.
The numbers animate when the page first loads or when you switch windows, so you can see them change at a glance. Like the chart axis, very large totals are shown in a shortened form (for example $1.2K instead of $1,234.56).
Revenue by title
At the bottom of the page is a ranked list of your titles, ordered by how much they earned in the active window. Each row shows:
The title's cover image.
Its rank and name.
What kind of content it is, such as a module or a source.
The revenue it earned in the active window, in green.
If a title made no sales in the window, it will not appear in the list. If none of your titles made any sales, the page will say "No sales in this period." Switch to a wider window like 30D or All Time to see your historical sales.
Tips
The dashboard reflects the same sales data that drives your Stripe payouts, so the totals will match what you see in Stripe for the same window.
Switching periods is the quickest way to refresh the page if numbers look stale.
If a brand new sale shows a slightly different fee for a few minutes after it lands, that is normal. The numbers settle on their own once Stripe finalizes the processing fee.
To export data, click on the CREATOR tab, then on GO TO STRIPE DASHBOARD to go to your Stripe Dashboard. See the Stripe Dashboard article for information about how to use it.
Troubleshooting
I do not see a Revenue tab.
Make sure you are signed in to the creator account that owns your published titles, and that Stripe payouts have been turned on from the Creator tab. The Revenue tab will not appear until payouts are active.
The numbers look stuck.
Switch to a different window and back, or close and reopen your profile, or reload your browser tab to refresh the page.
The chart is flat at zero.
That window genuinely had no sales. Try a wider window like 30D or All Time.
I keep getting an error.
Click the Retry button in the error message. If it keeps failing, note which window you were on and reach out to support.
